National Chapter:

There will be a national level chapter of the association which shall be constituted with elected members from the state’s chapters and representative of the promoting organization. In order to take decisions in the national chapter there should be support of minimum 50% of the members present. This body shall be known as general body of association. In the national chapter, state chapter shall be represented by the convener and two elected members of the state chapter.

The general body shall meet at-least once a year.
More meetings can be conducted as and when required.
The general body meeting can be conducted if there are 50% of the members are present.
The national chapter shall consider and decide upon new membership as well as recommendations for termination of membership by state chapters.
The national chapter shall work based on an annual plan developed in accordance with aims and objects of the association as well as recommendations of the state chapter.
The national chapter shall consider amendments to the bye-laws recommended by the national executive and may be approved or rejected with the vote of 50% of the members present.
Regular report of the national level activities shall be shared with the state chapters as well as members.

The national chapter also have a role in coordinating and supervising the state chapters.
The national chapter shall appoint auditors annually for the statutory auditing.

State Chapter:

The state chapter shall be constituted with the organizations of the association from the State in India.
The state level structure should have minimum five-member organizations. Wherever, there are less than five organizations in the state, a cluster of states will be operational as state chapter based on geographical convenience.
The state chapter shall be managed by a state level convener elected by the members of state chapter. The period of the convener shall be for three years.
The state chapter shall meet at least three times in a year and 50% of the members shall be the quorum.
The state chapter may take decisions based on the majority of the members of the chapter.
The state chapter can propose to the national chapter for adding new members as well as recommendations of termination of membership.
The state chapter shall work based on an annual state chapter plan developed in accordance with aims and objects of the association as well as periodic decisions from different levels.
